By using Maidan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Bookings
- A booking reserves a court at the venue for the time shown. You pay the venue directly when you arrive.
- You can cancel free of charge until the time shown on the booking. After that, the venue's policy applies.
- Venues can cancel a booking, for example if a court is unsafe. You will see the reason in the app.
Games and conduct
- The person who books hosts the game and settles the cost with their players outside Maidan.
- Be respectful. Do not harass other players, enter false scores, or abuse ratings.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Venues
Venues are responsible for their facilities, prices and opening hours. Maidan is not responsible for injuries, lost property or disputes at a venue.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before changes that affect you take effect.
